Eligibility
The Maritime Citizen is available to citizens of all countries who are at least 14 days and not older than age 74.

If you are a US citizen you must reside outside the US for at least 6 months within each Certificate period, be outside US when applying or planning to depart within 30 days of the Effective Date.

Citizens of other countries may reside anywhere including their country of citizenship. Optional Term Life insurance is not available to residents of the US regardless of your citizenship.

Eligibility
The Reside Blue program is available to persons of any country who are at least 15 days and not older than age 74. US citizens must be outside US at time of application or planning to depart within 30 days. Applicants should not be residing in US more than 9 months during any 12 month period.
